As one year draws to a close, we look back on many answered prayers and intentions, taking time to give thanks and enjoy the feeling of gratitude. We also dip into the nature of gratitude and why it’s important to practice regularly. As it’s been called, gratitude is “nature’s anti-depressant,” having a proven effect on our mood.

Shared intention
This week, as we look back at a year in which there have been many reasons to be grateful, we suggest holding the following intention:
We give thanks for a year in which many lives have been turned around by the power of intention and prayer, and will that our collective power will continue to grow in its impact and reach.
Please join us in holding this.
